Send you an email and/or text message letting you know you have a new lead and their info. If you download the Agent CRM app, we can even send you an app notification.
We will attach that new lead to an automated follow up campaign that can include emails, text messages, and even a voicemail.
We can set it up to where Agent CRM will call you right away letting you know that you have a new lead. Then, if you press any button, Agent CRM will call your lead from you. Talk about immediate follow up!
You will have many different types of leads in your Agent CRM account, so to keep everything organized we will tag these leads to keep them separate.
I’m sure that you have a certain flow of your selling process works. Agent CRM has a pipeline feature so that we can add all of these leads to a pipeline so that you can organize these leads based on where they are at in your process (New lead, appointment, sent proposal, need to follow up with, bought, etc)
You may generate hundreds of leads that you need to follow up with. Instead of calling them one-by-one, you can use the power dialer feature of Agent CRM that will allow you to click “start” and then you will call all the leads without having to dial a single number.
